GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING: Finally an affordable way to reap the benefits of personal training.  This is a 12 week minimum program.  Group training is 4-6 clients per group and welcomes all fitness levels! Clients love the group training because it creates comradery, competition, it is fun meeting others. The group session is 55 minutes and meets two – three mornings or evenings per week. You will challenge every part of your body and have a blast at the same time! You will get results and do things you never thought you could do! Click here to register.

BOOTCAMP: Bootcamp meets every Saturday.  This is a 55 minutes HIGH POWER, HIGH INTENSITY, MENTALLY CHALLENGING, HARDCORE, FEEL GREAT workout that is perfect for all men and woman.  The best thing about it is you can always work at your own pace.  There is running, sprints, pushups, sit-ups, lunges, stairs, and anything and everything that is new and challenging.

ADVANCED WEIGHT TRAINING: This is 30 minutes of non stop advanced weight training.  Designed to build strength and increase muscle and metabolism.  This is for the advanced person.  Group Setting.
GROUP FIGURE COMPETITION TRAINING: This 12 week program will change your life!  I know, it has changed mine and I want to lead you!  The program includes 12 weeks of workouts, cardio programs and specific diet. ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING: 55 minutes workout tailored to any fitness level. Recommended for the beginner that is returning to the gym or getting started for the first time ever.

30 MINUTE ONE ON ONE TRAINING: This training is ideal for beginners. If you have never worked out before, this is a great starting point.
